One-time import of Splitwise CSV data into Daumi's Debt
One-time use only. Running this twice will create duplicate entries.
This will delete the 5 "Splitwise balance" lump-sum entries (BTN, USD, THB, GBP, JPY)
and replace them with detailed rows. The EUR balance entry is kept as-is.
EUR expenses are imported with balanceExcluded: true (for On This Day only).
Existing app entries (duels, non-Splitwise expenses) are untouched.
